Refer your friends in 3 steps!
Step 1
Use the form on this page to refer your friends. You’ll need to submit the form once for each friend.
Step 2
Tell your friend to call us. We won’t be calling them, so to ensure you’re eligible for your credit make sure your friend reaches out to us. Not sure what to say? We’ll give you a starting message after you’ve referred them.
Step 3
When your friend becomes a new tenant, you’ll get $100 credit toward your next semester OR a $100 Sheetz gift card. It’s your choice.*
Bonus Step: Repeat
Repeat this process as much as you’d like! For each friend that signs on as a new tenant, you’ll receive another credit or gift card!*
*Conditions apply: Referrals must sign a lease to be eligible for the program and may not be an existing or former tenant of Affinity Properties. You may not refer yourself. You will have your choice of receiveing a $100 statement credit OR a $100 Sheetz gift card for each valid referral that signs a lease with Affinity Properties. Credits will be issued towards your NEXT invoice. The credit can not be refunded to any previously applied payment method. Credit is not applicable for rents or installements that have already been paid. Credit carries no cash value and cannot be transferred. In the event that a an eligible referred person is referred by more than one existing tenant, any referral credits will be awarded to the person whom the referred individual claims made the referral. Referrer is only eligible for credit or sheetz gift card if the referred person signs a lease for a house that is different than that of the referrer.
