When you submit an application:

• Your $500 application fee is collected at the time of submission
• Payment information is processed securely through Buildium
• We do not store full credit or debit card numbers
• Payment processing complies with all applicable banking and financial regulations

We retain:

• Application records for legally required periods
• Lease and payment records for tax and compliance purposes
• Maintenance records for property operations

When records are no longer needed, they are securely deleted or destroyed.

• Copies of application, lease, or account records
